What does Overwise cost?
Three plans: Starter $99/mo (450 leads), Growth $279/mo (1,400 leads — most founders' sweet spot), Founder Team $649/mo (3,500 leads). 20% off paid annually. Seats scale with the tier (1 · up to 3 · unlimited), no per-seat fees, cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, all features unlocked. Card on file at signup but you won't be charged during the trial. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in one click. You keep access through the end of the paid period, then your data sits read-only for 30 days before deletion.
What if I run out of leads mid-month?
Hard stop with a banner — no surprise overage. If you want to keep running, flip on opt-in overage at $0.20 per lead, hard-capped at 2× your tier limit. Worst case on Starter is +$90.
Are LLM token costs extra?
No. AI compute (Sonnet drafting, the cite-or-discard verifier, reply classification) is bundled in your subscription. The 'cost spent today' chip in your dashboard is a transparency artifact, not a billing line.
How do annual plans work?
Pay 12 months upfront, get 20% off. Effective price drops to $79/mo (Starter), $223/mo (Growth), $519/mo (Founder Team). Stripe handles the billing; switch monthly↔annual anytime.
What's included on every plan?
All trust artifacts: MessageVerifier (cite-or-discard), per-lead reasoning, mailbox warmup ramp, automatic bounce-spike pause, Discovery-only escape hatch, EU AI-Act footer, CAN-SPAM headers, and a DPA. None of these are upsells.
Do you offer discounts for early-stage startups?
Not formally. Email tobias@overwise.ai if you're a YC/Techstars/EF/seed-stage company under $100k revenue and we'll figure something out — case-by-case, not a stencil.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrade prorates immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle — no clawbacks on what you already used.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes — card on file at signup. We don't charge until day 15 if you stay. This is to keep the lead-discovery costs honest (multi-source discovery isn't free) and to filter out throwaway accounts.
Can I bring my own mailbox / domain?
Yes, every plan supports BYO Gmail or Outlook via OAuth (no password storage). Sending happens from your domain, in your voice, with SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks blocking sending if your DNS isn't right.
Is there an SLA / dedicated support on Founder Team?
Founder Team gets a dedicated Slack channel with a 4-hour business-day response, plus a quarterly Insights review with the founder. Starter and Growth get email support (24h business-day on Growth, 48h on Starter).
